A free picture chart for calmer mornings
Three simple steps, "Wash up", "Get dressed" and "Eat breakfast", each shown by one of the Time Tamers friends. Your child ticks a box after each one. Print it at home on regular letter paper.

What's on the chart
- 1 Wash up, with Pippa
- 2 Get dressed, with Fennel
- 3 Eat breakfast, with Bumble
- A big "All done!" at the bottom, with an idea for spare time: tell a grown-up one thing you want to do today
How to use it: Stick it where your child can see it, at their eye level. Point to the first picture and say it together. After each step, they tick the box. If the morning falls apart, that's fine. Try again tomorrow.
Why a picture chart?
Young children often do best when they can see what comes next. A picture for each step lets them follow the morning on their own, a little at a time, without needing to read. It's the same idea Fennel uses in Fennel's Morning Map.
