This website, timetamers.com, is run by Time Tamers by Dr. Monti (“we”, “us”). Time Tamers is a series of picture books by Dr. Monti. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. This site is for grown-ups

Our books are for young children, but this website is for parents, caregivers and other adults. It is not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. We never ask for a child’s name, age, birthday, photo or any other detail about a child. Our sign-up form asks for your email address and asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email hello@timetamers.com and we will delete it.

Please don’t include details about your child in forms or messages to us.

2. What we collect

If you sign up for the free download or our emails:

• Your email address
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older
• The date and time you consented, and a hash of the IP address, not the IP address itself. We store those in our WordPress database. Amazon SES does not store them and does not run the list.

The caregiver printable bundle is not for sale on this site. The free morning chart is a download after you confirm your email. It is not a paid digital product.

If you order a physical poster:

• My Snack Passport Poster, Kitchen Helper Countdown Poster, Little Jobs Builder Board Poster, My Adventure Map Poster, Team Job Board Poster, My Morning Routine Poster are for sale. Usually arrives in 6 to 17 business days.
• When a poster is for sale, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address so we can send it to you. You pay by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Posters usually arrive in 6 to 17 business days.

If you contact us: the name (optional), email address and message you send.

If you buy a book: book purchases happen on Amazon, not on this site. Amazon’s own privacy notice applies there. We do not receive your Amazon account or payment details.

3. Why we use it

• To send the free download you asked for
• To send you a short series of emails about the Time Tamers books and simple routine ideas, and occasional updates, only after you confirm your sign-up
• To process, deliver and support your shop orders, including shipping physical posters
• To answer your messages
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and legal reasons
• To keep the site secure and working

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Double opt-in and unsubscribing

When you sign up, we send a confirmation email first. You only join our list after you click the confirm button in that email. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. You can also email hello@timetamers.com and ask us to remove you.

Buying from the shop does not sign you up for marketing emails. You will only get emails about your order unless you separately sign up.

5. Who helps us (service providers)

We share information only with the services that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Amazon SES (email service). Sends the confirmation and chart messages you asked for. It does not run a separate mailing list, and it does not store your consent time or IP hash. Those stay in our WordPress database.
• Payment processors. When a poster is for sale, card payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes the card. We do not see or store the full card number.
• Our fulfillment partner, which produces and ships your order. For physical poster orders only, it receives your name and shipping address and the order details so it can ship your poster.
• Amazon. Our book links go to Amazon, which sells and ships the books under its own privacy notice.
• Website hosting and security providers used to run this WordPress site. This website is hosted on our own server.
• Analytics: cookieless, self-hosted Matomo at acommerce.app/matomo (site id 3). It sets no cookies and shows no ads. It records the pages viewed, plus the chart download and the signup events.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Cookies

The shop uses the small number of cookies WooCommerce needs to run a cart and checkout, and WordPress may set cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies. When you use the cart, this website sets these cookies: woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash, and wp_woocommerce_session_. After you submit the free chart form, this website sets tt_inbox. It is a first-party cookie, lasts about 10 minutes, and is used only to show that a confirmation email was sent on the check-your-inbox page. It is not used for advertising. The Matomo analytics described above do not set a cookie.

7. How long we keep it

• Email list details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus a short record that you unsubscribed so we don’t email you again.
• Order records: as long as needed for tax and accounting rules.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@timetamers.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will respect them.

9. Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers for email, payments and hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you think something is wrong.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell subscribers by email.
